The 2011 vintage is particularly armotic, richly flavoured and complex with ripe plum, cassis and spice characters supported by supple tannins. This seamless wine can be enjoyed now with great pleasure, through will undoubtedly benefit from maturing in bottle for a few years. Decanting this wine at least an hour before enjoying it, especially in its youth. It makes a fine partner for rasted red meats, hearty stews and mature cheeses.
